The writer missed the deadline, which is 10 days, and started by extending my order for 15 hours. Then he provided an incomplete draft with only 30% of word count and said it’s done. When I file a complain the customer service is not helpful as they are trying to get around by not providing me compensation. Lastly, the paper is done after a delay of 3 days and luckily I didn’t trust them fully as my real deadline is 4 days away from my order deadline. I couldn’t except something like this when they guarantee meeting them deadline on their website. I had to message the writer back and forth many times to get him pro read his stuff. Definitely NOT recommended.
